ACT have been inundated with enquiries of home visits, continuing treatment and to review our decision on the cancellation of face to face visits. We have decided to consider each request on a case to case basis. We will of course adhere to government guidelines to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

In response to the latest government advice regarding COVID - 19, social distancing and the effects of the outbreak being felt more each day, our primary concern and area of focus is and always has been the health and safety of our associates, our patients and our communities. We know this is a critical, unprecedented time and my thoughts are with those who have been impacted.
Due to the latest information from the government, ACT has made the decision to suspend all face to face appointments with our healthcare staff for the time being. We will be monitoring the situation and government advice and open the service back up when the situation allows.
In the meantime, we will contact anyone who was due to have their consultation this week and offer the consultation via telehealth or over the phone.
Furthermore, we will still respond to any emails, social media enquires and keep the website updated. All other services are suspended for the foreseeable future.
